Sometimes. All our coffees are seasonal and the way we stock is based on freshness in order to deliver a quality product. If the decaf we like is on point and in-season, we will absolutely roast it up fresh for you.

We work Monday through Saturday on fulfillment and are available to contact anytime through e-mail. Monday through Saturday all orders will be roasted to order and shipped within 24 hours.

We offer coffee at the peak of freshness directly from our roasters. We're not telling you how to live your life but would highly recommend you consume your coffee within 3 weeks of arrival. In the meantime store in cool, dry, dark places. Original packaging is best but any airtight container will do.
In our experience, no. The moisture in the refrigerator or freezer tends to have a negative impact on flavor.
