On a sleepy mountain, just a few miles from the village of Daye, is the scene of a gigantic cascading waterfall. This is the view of the farm where Keffa Assefa is harvested in this area. The Coffees produced from Assefa's Mill are among the most vibrant and dynamic coffees we have ever tasted. Seated at the foot of the Bombe Mountains. This is a special place and is home to some incredible coffees.The Mill's location is a steady 500 meters higher in elevation than the farms that bring cherries to the mill.
